We’re excited to announce that Glosford SIPS have been shortlisted for the Structural Timber Awards 2024 in the Private Housing Project of the Year and Custom & Self-Build Project of the Year categories.

This dream project in Daventry, Northamptonshire is a single-story Passivhaus that was built within the walled garden of a grade II listed property.

The unique and environmentally friendly home showcases innovative design and sustainable building practices.
